Wire is a new product from the creators of Skype that allows free video calls, text messaging, sending photos, drawings, etc. A group chat can include up to 128 people. All the communication is encrypted and there are no ads.
Jobbatical
Jobbatical is a company that helps connect employers and potential employees, allowing people to work in another country for a while.The company was founded by Karoli Hindriks and her brother Ronald Hindriks. A few weeks ago Jobbatical received an investment of € 1.9 million from Union Square Ventures, Saul Klein, and Smartcap.

Planet OS connects high quality weather and climate data from different sources and makes it available from one source – now also in the form of a public API.
Starship Technologies
Starship Technologies is a company creating delivery robots. On March 10 they announced that the development of autonomous robots will continue in London and the rest of the UK. By the end of the year a beta service delivering real parcels will be launched.
Transferwise
Taavet Hinrikus and Kristo Käärmann help moving money across borders easier and cheaper, using Transferwise. Their latest news is cooperation with Berlin-based mobile bank Number26, the first bank to announce its cooperation with Transferwise in International transfers was Estonia’s LHV.
