Just like many organisations around the world, the Briefing Centre was also affected by Covid-19, seeing its visitor numbers drop from 11,000 last year to zero since early March.
Indeed, most institutions, be they in the public or private sector, face the intimidating task of transformation for this brave new world. Covid-19 has certainly turned the world upside down, revealing the weaknesses of every country and enterprise. Due to travel restrictions imposed around the world, the e-Estonia Briefing Centre had to close its doors – and used this chance to transform itself and continue sharing the Estonian experience in an entirely digital format. This means breaking down old structures and habits which is easier said than done – and where do you start?
To solve this question and many others, Janno Siimar will join e-Estonia’s experts Florian and Anna on virtual stage on Wednesday. Siimar is a Partner at Velvet, the Estonian strategic design agency of the year – there, he supports organisations with strategic service design, rethinking the past and rebuilding for the future. Tune in on Wednesday at 3PM (GMT+3) and submit your questions in the comment section below the video to participate in the live Q&A scheduled for the second half of the session.
The replay can be watched here.
