Estonian startups and enterprises not only offer ways to produce affordable and environmentally friendly energy from wind, solar, and hydrogen. They are also on the lookout for ways to trim excessive consumption.
This week LynxPower, an Estonian startup developing AI-driven energy management solutions, has successfully raised €550,000 from investors Taavi Madiberk (co-founder of Skeleton Technologies and Frankeburg Technologies) and Giga AS, as reported by Postimees. The funding will accelerate the development of their intelligent energy monitoring platform and support expansion into new markets.
The company’s integrated HaaS + SaaS solution offers a comprehensive approach to energy management for real estate portfolios. Their platform combines wireless metering networks with sophisticated software that monitors, analyses, and optimises energy consumption across buildings in real-time.

To break through the already saturated market, LynxPower is claiming to use machine learning algorithms that adapt to building usage patterns. The company says its technology can improve energy efficiency by up to 40% while optimising real-time consumption and reducing operational costs, all without compromising comfort for building occupants.
The platform also addresses the growing regulatory demands around energy reporting, automating compliance with EU directives and standards like BREEAM, LEED, and ISO 50001.
LynxPower has already attracted notable Estonian clients, including AS Kapitel, Nordecon, Südamekodud, and Krulli Kvartal. Now this vision will go global. “Our mission is to make intelligent energy use a new competitive advantage for every organisation,” the company stated in their announcement.
With this fresh capital, LynxPower aims to position intelligent energy management as a strategic differentiator for building operators and property managers navigating the dual challenges of rising energy costs and sustainability mandates.
