Vocational education in Järvamaa has been characterized through the decades by love of engineering, technology and farming. Today, Järvamaa Vocational training center carries these traditions fitting to the 21st century. Järvamaa Vocational Training Centre is modern both outside and inside. The students have wonderful study conditions with all the necessary tools, equipment, and other supplies.
In the last ten years 16 million euros have been invested into the school. Approximately 2,000 students study at the school.
The school is open for cooperation, having suitable infrastructure, staff and ability to give out certificates. Time frame: shortest amount of time for preparing a new course (not a degree course) is one day. They are ready to make different kinds of courses in very short time – a cooperating company just needs to know exactly what they want and make a request.
Järva County Vocational Training Centre has more than a decade of experience in the learning mobility of individuals (aka apprenticeship, work practice, work placement) and the cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices.
The school has cooperated with organizations from Hungary, Poland, Cyprus, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Belgium, Italy, Sicily, Spain, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Iceland, Denmark, Turkey.
