“Estonia has very good relations with Sweden. Sweden is one of Estonia’s most important trading partners; we are closely linked through banking. This makes it even more vital that we pay more attention to cyber security and exchange of information through joint training exercises and development projects,” said the Prime Minister.
Ratas added that preparations for exchanging e-prescriptions between Estonia and Sweden are already underway and that Sweden has also shown interest towards the X-Road. “Sweden should try the X-Road out,” said Ratas.
Additionally, Prime Minister Jüri Ratas and the Swedish Minister for Enterprise and Innovation Mikael Damberg briefly discussed the social summit, which will be organised in Gothenburg on 17 November 2017, and will focus on promoting fair jobs and growth.
