Port of Sillamäe to grow with a new terminal

EuroChem, a producer of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers, is planning to set up for EUR 15 mln a new terminal in the Estonian port for the handling of ammonia.

The new facility will feed an ammonia factory that is to be erected in Kingisepp located in the Leningrad Oblast near the Estonian-Russian border, Baltic Transport Journal writes.

The investment will form part of EuroChem Terminal Sillamäe which currently specializes in the turnover of raw petrochemical materials.
