We know from our own experience that every business is different – every business chooses their own “right” path. Initially created for internal intelligence gathering and understanding our own strengths, we are now beta-launching our comparEST comparison tool to the public.
The tool uses a universal, yet unique model that describes five major pillars of a country’s attractiveness for investment / business: human resources, taxation, business environment, (the lack of) political and financial risks, and infrastructure, based on internationally recognized rankings.

It is up to you to choose the competitors and importance of each pillar (or use a data-backed preset) and our tool does the rest, up to the point of – if you choose so – setting you up with one of our advisors who you can continue the truthful conversations about doing business in Estonia. Each application for e-Consulting in the comparEST tool is analyzed using machine learning to aid your personal advisor in compiling a relevant value proposition for you.
It must be said that the tool, currently in beta, is using advanced techniques to constantly improve its own presets, considering changing trends in enquiries and data from successful projects. And as the public tool is still brand new, we are also extremely grateful for your honest feedback.
