Pipedrive in Forbes Top 100

Pipedrive, an Estonian customer relationship management (CRM) company, is on the Forbes Cloud 100 list for the second year in a row.

Pipedrive ranks 77th in the Forbes Cloud 100 list, rising 7 places last year. The Cloud 100 list, called the ‘tech hottest category’, ranks the best and brightest emerging companies, which are transforming how we communicate, collaborate at work and protect our identities in the digital age. The list selects firms using quantitative data such as revenue, growth rate and employee count, and qualitative assessment such as market leadership.

“Nothing happens until someone sells something”

“There is a famous quote: ‘Nothing happens until someone sells something’,” said Timo Rein, CEO of Pipedrive. “Without prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales, a sales manager has nothing to manage and nothing to report. So, first and foremost, we design every Pipedrive plan from the salesperson’s point of view to ensure the success of individual salespeople. This mission drives every new capability we add to our product,” explained Rein.

Pipeline is providing sales pipeline management tools for small and medium sized companies that helps manage a salesperson’s emails, activities, calls and other data. As an innovative company, Pipedrive also provides artificial intelligence assistance to improve sales process from June this year.

“When it comes to web visitors, slow response times can kill a potential deal,” said Vinay Ramani, chief product officer at Pipedrive, in a statement. In sales, the faster you respond to clients, the more likely you are to convert the lead.

LeadBooster is a conversational chatbot that enables the businesses to automatically qualify more leads, book more meetings and close deals faster. This chatbot engages in conversations with website visitors as soon as they land on homepage, turning the site into a full-time lead gathering machine. Chatbot never gets tired and is happy to work at night and on weekends so that all the company’s customer relationships are well maintained, and their questions answered quickly.

On the wave of international recognition

Pipedrive continues to win new awards and accolades. In May 2019 Pipedrive is rated the #1 Gold Medalist in the SoftwareReviews 2019 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Quadrant. In April 2019 Financial Times recognizes Pipedrive among  Europe’s 1000 fastest growing companies. In March Pipedrive is ranked as one of the best places to work in the New York region by USA Today. In December 2018 Pipedrive was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the best companies for women to work for.

Founded in 2010, Pipedrive now employs over 500 people and is used by sales teams at more than 90,000 companies worldwide. The company has raised $90 million in total funding since its inception.
