Winter 2019 issue of Life in Estonia focuses on robotics, AI and innovation

The winter issue of Life in Estonia magazine focuses on robotics: Robotex, world's first parcel delivery car and other time-saving robotic solutions inside, Maarja Kruusmaa from the Centre of Biorobotics at TalTech on the cover.

“Biorobotics is a cocktail of computer science, automation, signal-analysis, machine learning an physics,” says Maarja Kruusmaa, the Founder of the Centre of Biorobotics at TalTech – one of the best-known research centers in Estonia.

“I’m happy that Estonia has helped set up so many wonderful initiatives that will educate innovators and prepare us for the future,” Sander Gansen, the Chairman of the world’s biggest robotics festival Robotex adds, being sure that automation is coming and soon robots and various other autonomous systems will surround us at every turn.

“We have changed Estonia in ten years, now we are ready to change the world,” Cleveron, the company behind automated parcel terminals and parcel robots, including the world’s first self-driving parcel delivery car Lotte, declares.
